Lumin T3 Network Music Player - Silver
The new LUMIN T3 network player is the first Lumin with a DAC to feature their all-new processing system providing increased capacity and resampling flexibility with X1 technology and solid CNC-panel aluminum construction.The T3 new processing hardware and software provides improved features with increased resampling flexibility while still claiming to maintain all the musicality of the older T2. Features carried over from the earlier T2 are the Dual ES9028Pro SABRE DACs featuring dual-mono operation with support for upsampling and downsampling to any frequency up to DSD256 and PCM 384kHz.
Outputs include analog audio balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA, while digital outputs include a BNC and USB port. Local network connectivity is provided by the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet connection with the double duty USB port also supporting the attachment of local storage.
The T3 is a RoonReady device that supports Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Quobuz, FLAC Lossless Radio, TuneIn Radio, Apple AirPlay and multiroom (SongCast), with support for MQA. It also uses the UPnP AV protocol with an extension for audio streaming (OpenHome).
